Frequently asked questions

Numbers, data, and spreadsheets are overwhelming to me. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes! This training was designed for people who aren’t numbers people (although if you do love a good spreadsheet, you’ll have a great time too).
Do I need to have any data stuff set up before this training?
Nope! I'm going to ask you to pull some basic data from your sales platform, and if you have it— your Google Analytics. But even if you don't have that yet (or if you're not sure if it's done right) you can get value out this training.
 
If you’re starting from scratch you’ll get tips on where to start, and if you have some data already you’ll get to audit if it’s set up correctly and learn how to use it more strategically.
Will this apply to the type of business I have?
This training talks through auditing multiple types of businesses including businesses that sell online courses, online memberships and programs, physical and digital products, as well as in-person and online services. 
Will there be closed captions, transcripts, and other digital accessibility measures?
Yes! We are committed to ensuring accessibility for all in our programs. To achieve this, we have implemented the following measures:
